This property is ideally located to explore all that North Devon has to offer with easy access to the A39 and the A361. Visit the nearby market town of South Molton with its independent shops, pubs, cafes. For the walkers and nature lovers head to Exmoor or Dartmoor, with vast expanse of moorland with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. If you are willing to venture a little further afield head to the coast and explore one of the beaches including Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe or one of the many seaside towns. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth and take a trip on the Lynton Cliff Railway to enjoy the far-reaching waterside views.

Approached via an impressive driveway, this cottage is located alongside 3 other properties, one of which is the owners impressive manor house and you will instantly get an indication of the quality of the property on offer. Stepping inside this property you will find yourself in the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The stylish kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment, the perfect space to prepare a meal for two or a light snack, enjoy your meal at the pretty dining table. The lounge area is perfect to spend the evening relaxing after a long day of exploring the area, in front of the Smart TV and watch your favourite movie. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the stylish double  bedroom with views over the countryside. Also, on this floor, completing the accommodation is the contemporary en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside you will find the rear enclosed garden accessed via the front door with the added benefit of your own private hot tub. Alternatively just sit at the front of the property and enjoy a drink whilst soaking up the magnificent and far-reaching views. There is ample off-road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Very happy with our choice of cottage, lovely rural setting with good privacy. Hosts were very friendly and available if requested. The fresh eggs were delicious!

The cottage is perfect, Julie is a lovely owner. We spent our minimoon here and loved travelling to Ilfracombe. The cottage is clean, tidy and has everything you could need. Julie put a bottle of prosecco in the cottage for us to celebrate which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing place! This was a little mini moon after we just got married and was perfect. Beautiful location, the host was so nice and provided us with cake, biscuits and a congratulatory bottle of Prosecco. The animals (especially Georgie the sheep) were delightful. Again, perfect.

The granary is part of a lovely location, we had a great time exploring the grounds of the manor with our dog. The Granary is a small but perfectly formed holiday cottage. It is literally one up, one down with an en-suite shower room off the bedroom. It is very well decorated and furnished to a high standard. You are provided with very soft towels and also bathrobes for visits to the hot tub. The finishing touches for the dog were a great thought. The only Read moredownside is that access to the enclosed patio is not directly from the property. You have to go out the front door and around the side. Hide

Wow! The cottage was immaculate, well equipped kitchen & items such as bowls, poo bags, water bottle & towel for the dog. The cottage was modern & comfortable, like home from home! The enclosed garden was fab for our dog who couldn't get out & could be free of a lead! Loved the hot tub too. The location is brilliant with Woolacombe, Ilfracome, WestRead moreward Ho, South Molton, Saunton Sands all within a 40 min drive. Cannot praise this enough & Julie was a lovely host.
