This super Saundersfoot penthouse apartment forms part of a converted former hotel less than 200 metres from the quaint harbour with golden sandy beaches just beyond, making this a fantastic year-round holiday destination. The coastal path runs right along the village and stretches for 186 miles, ideal for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in Saundersfoot and in nearby Tenby to discover. There are plenty of family attractions within a short drive including Folly Farm, Manor Wildlife Park and Oakwood Theme Park. History enthusiasts have a lot to choose from with Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke offering stunning castles that are open to the public, to name just a few.

Enter this spacious third floor accommodation through an inner hallway which leads to the large and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a sofa and occasional chairs and TV with Netflix, keeping all the family entertained. There is a small balcony with sea views. The well laid out kitchen area has a combination microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has a large table and chairs. Also from the hallway are the two bedrooms, a beautiful master super-king-size bedroom with TV and dressing table with its own balcony with sea views and en-suite with shower and WC. There is a double bedroom with TV (which can accommodate an additional child's bed upon request). There is an additional good sized shower room with shower and WC. There are no steps within the apartment but 46 internal steps in the building to reach this floor.

Outside, there are the two small balconies. Off-road parking for one car with this apartment, ample public parking within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay at no 7 penthouse apartment. Spacious 2 bed apartment, clean with comfy beds, great location. Only negative for someone with mobility issues could be the stairs to the apartment so bear that in mind when considering.

Good setting near to harbor and beach- location is excellent you need to be reasonably fit to carry your gear up the 42 steps to the penthouse from car park Apartment is spacious - plenty of room, need to be careful where roof is angled down if you're tall Lack of oven seems strange otherwise facilities are what you would expect very good showers -Read more looks as it is on website Hide

A truly beautiful apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Missing the bed already! Amazing views. Perfectly situated very close to the centre of Saundersfoot, with great restaurants. Parking at the property was very convenient. Thank you!

Firstly, great location and large apartment. However, the apartment was extremely basic. Only 2 sashays of coffee provided, no cleaning products, no hand soap in the kitchen, no oven, a dribble of washing up liquid no kitchen roll. All of these I would have expected from a 5* rated property. Also had to collect the key from the hotel reception whicRead moreh was not made clear up front. Excellent, contemporary and clean. The property is owned and managed by the St Brides Hotel and as you are classified as a resident you can use the bars and restaurant. There was no problem parking on site, (In October!) . The property is a five minute walk to the town centre and harbour, Lots of places to eat. Mulberry, Harbwr, Marina Fish and chiRead moreps, Bella Pizza, Litle and large Bites all recommended. Generally the apartment was well insulated from noise but it is in a block of flats. Hide

Beautiful, modern and spacious property with lovely sea views. Could be improved with the addition of an oven and general maintenance within both shower areas. 46 stairs up to penthouse as mentioned on previous reviews but we found this ok except when taking suitcases up and down. Good leg workout and well worth it!

We had a really lovely time on the beach with the dog, the beach is amazing. There were plenty of places to eat and drink although not all of them accepted dogs. The apartment (Penthouse) was warm and clean and the master bed was huge. The kitchen was well equiped including a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had a lovely week. The apartment was wonderfully warm and spacious. Everything was super clean and felt well-maintained. We would certainly return. The village restaurants and shops were so close, which made everything very easy. Being on the Wales Coastal Path made for some beautiful beach and cliff top walks.

Very disappointing. Limited view of the sea. Could be better equipped and certainly better instructions on use of equipment. No complimentary use of hotel pool as suggested in the guest folder. Sensitive fire alarm activated twice during our stay of a week.
