Romantic five-star studio apartment situated in a quiet location on the owner’s smallholding, yet just three miles from the chic resort town of Torquay on the beautiful English Riviera

This stunning apartment enjoys a quiet location on the owner’s smallholding and is one of three high-quality properties on site. The proximity to the resort towns of the English Riviera make this an ideal location for those who enjoy whiling away their days at the beach, sunbathing and swimming in the azure seas of Torbay. The town of Torquay is just three miles south of the property, often seen as the most upmarket town of the Riviera, it offers an excellent range of shops, a choice of well-regarded eateries and of course some pretty beaches, which continue round the whole of the bay. Should visitors fancy a break from the beach, other places of interest in the area include Paignton Zoo and Dartmoor National Park.

This contemporary ground-floor studio apartment offers open-plan and split level accommodation. The open-plan living space is light and airy with a raised sleeping area which features a double bed, next to which patio doors open onto the enclosed patio. Two steps lead from the sleeping platform down to the lounge area, where there is a large surround sound TV with DVD player, and iPod dock for guests to enjoy from the inviting sofa. A breakfast bar provides a place to enjoy romantic meals and separates the lounge area from the sleek and stylish kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, wine fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The shower room is a compact yet well-equipped with a fantastic monsoon shower and WC. 

Outside, there is an enclosed gravelled patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, which offers guests a private space to relax. Guests are also welcome to interact with the animals on site which include horses, goats, chickens, chicks (depending on the time of year), geese, rabbits and cats. There is ample off-road parking available on site.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The pad accomadition is in a lovely quiet location, very modern inside and of a high quality, perfect for the two of us and our dog. We had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate to go back.

Had a lovely time here, it is absolutely beautiful. Lovely quiet area. It is kitted out with a tv, sound system, dishwasher, washing machine and more. Would reccomend.

Exactly as advertised. Brilliant place, a bit out of the way, you'd have to have a car. We didn't have to take anything, everything was supplied. Restaurant's are plenty with a good range. Local shopping? Well there isn't anything in walking distance, but further afield the area has many mini markets.
