With a heated outdoor pool and play facilities, this beautiful wooden-clad holiday retreat is a great base for a fun-packed family holiday.

With its own outdoor heated swimming pool, play facilities, fishing available locally, and quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and the Eden Project (30 miles) or venture out to the coast and visit the popular fishing village of Looe (12 miles) with bars, restaurants, local shops and boat trips. With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets only 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away.

This complex of lodges is set in a secluded setting, nestled on the banks of the River Lynher with plenty to do for all the family. Enter the lodge and step into a very spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of light and a wonderfully open feel, ideal for a family break away. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Walk through to the lounge/dining area which is a great sociable place to spend time together. Gather around the dining table or relax on the comfy seating and watch your favourite programmes in front of the open fire on the TV with Freeview. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely, light-filled double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a triple room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed – great for children. Next door is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC; there is also an additional separate WC.

Outside is a wonderful patio area with garden furniture as well as a shared lawn to use. The complex has great facilities for guests, including a tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from spring bank holiday at the end of May  until early September) as well as children's play area. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge and further parking in the shared private car park.
